Our Prices

Unit prices quoted are 2020 Incoterms® Ex-Works Ronchi dei Legionari (Italy). The prices don’t include government-imposed taxes, that shall be added to the quoted price. Prices are subjected to change without notice.

Upon request, we can also include the cost of shipping.

Means of Shipping & Insurance

When requested, we handle the full shipping process – from professional packing to coordinating with the carrier to the final delivery address provided at checkout.

Depending on your location, we offer two shipping methods:

  • Shipping By Air – for USA, Middle East, and all other countries outside of Europe – Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days
  • Express Road Delivery – for Europe, UK, Italy, and Venice – Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days

 All our shipping options include:

  • Full insurance
  • Cardboard boxes or Wooden box packing
  • Curbside delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly provide an active phone number and email address during checkout to enable your local delivery agent to arrange a convenient delivery day with you.

Once the item is dispatched from our studio, you will receive an email confirmation from our team with all information regarding your shipping, including the receipt of payment from our administrative office, the packing list and the instructions for delivery, care and maintenance of the item and assembly, if needed.

If the item is travelling outside of the European Union, the shipping company may reach out to your email address or phone number provided at checkout for customs procedures, asking for your information (confirmation of your legal name and TAX ID.) for customs entry of the item to your country’s border. Porte Italia Interiors will process these pieces of information for the only purposes enlisted in the Privacy Policy published on our website https://porteitalia.com/privacy-policy/.

At the moment of delivery, we kindly suggest to sign and date the delivery documents with the following line “Accepted with reserve of the state of the goods”, for insurance purposes.

Please note, customers will be subject to a fee if a delivery has been scheduled, and the appointment is missed.

White Glove delivery Service

If you’re interested in white glove delivery service (that is delivery inside the home with unpacking and debris removal), we kindly ask you to reach out at info@porteitalia.com and specifically ask for the service by providing our team with your delivery address.

Our team will respond by asking a few more pieces of information to provide you with the best possible service available (e.g. availability of a clear pathway for the delivery agent to gently bring the piece indoors, availability of an elevator and its dimensions and/or number of existing stairs in the home).

Damaged Pieces

If your item arrives damaged, please notate it at the time of delivery on the agent’s Proof of Delivery form. Please then contact our team within 48 hours of delivery at info@porteitalia.com, and we will take care of this issue right away. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the damage and packaging, to aid our team in best assisting you.

Pick up handled by the Customer

Alternatively, the customer is welcomed to pick up the items if expressively requests to do so. Porte Italia Interiors commits to inform the customer about the best address for pick up that could be either Campo Santo Stefano 2950, Venice, Italy or the studio address located in Via Bugatto 2, 34077 Ronchi dei Legionari (GO) Italy.

Packing Information

All of our creations are carefully packed in wooden boxes (depending on the piece) to ensure a safe arrival.
